Starting his career in the retail industry, Shawn moved from sales to management and was ultimately responsible for employee training and development. Shawn then transitioned into the hospitality industry where he led the training function for a casino. Shawn has held roles with Fortune 500 organizations consulting with their executive leadership on organization-wide change initiatives. Shawn has a Master’s degree in Organizational Management.
