You will complete the Leadership Circle Profile® 360 Assessment to help define your current level of consciousness. As with all servant leadership experts, my own development path shows a dedication to lifelong learning. 

I received my BA from Arizona State University, my MBA from Western International University, and my MS in Leadership from Grand Canyon University.  Most recently, I completed Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II®, and the Lego® Serious Play® Methodology. (Nobody said that servant leadership can’t be fun!) Additionally, I am pleased to share that I am a guide at LifeGuides®, helping people by sharing experiences that I have had that they are currently experiencing.
