It's one of our two specialties. It's part of what we've been doing for years. While some folks are born leaders, most of us have to work at it, through specialized training, coaching, mentoring, or perhaps stretch assignments.
Whether you have one leader you'd like to develop further, or a group of them, we typically will start with an assessment to define a baseline. Then, partnering with you, we will suggest an approach to improve the metrics found in the assessment. Success is measured by behavioral changes evident in each leader, as observed by the leader's manager or peers.
