Leadership Development
While some folks are born leaders, most of us have to work at it, through specialized training, coaching, mentoring, or perhaps stretch assignments. Using a servant leadership, love-based approach helps you gain the key skills to positively impact your team and your bottom line.
Whether it's one leader you'd like to develop further, or a group of them, an assessment to define a baseline is a great place to start. Then, you partner with us to define an approach that will improve the metrics found in the assessment. Success is measured by behavioral changes evident in each leader, as observed by the leader's manager or peers.
To provide a bit of guidance in the development of leaders, below is an example of one of a Leadership Development Roadmap. The approach is based on the concept of the Leadership Pipeline - a progression process to develop leaders.
